Bellagio
One of Joburg’s hidden little gems, located in the heart of Sandton’s Illovo, Bellagio offers a Mediterranean-inspired fine dining menu comprising of dishes made from the finest and freshest ingredients by chef-owner, Louise Castle, who was classically trained in Italy. The establishment is especially well known for its outstanding seafood. However, there are a multitude of offerings on its menu that will impress. Such as seafood risotto, zucchini fritters and veal marsala. Almost everything on its menu is available for takeaway (except for the soufflés) and a complimentary loaf of freshly baked bread is sent with all orders over R600.
